Returns Policy

 

If you have received your item and you are not entirely happy and would like a refund, we must receive your items within 14 days of receipt of your order.

PLEASE NOTE, we do not refund sale items however we are happy to offer a credit note. 
We do not except returns on “ FINAL SALE” items. 

We accept returns for refund on our full price items only. Sale items will be issued a credit note.  All returns must be within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition.  

Please wrap the item in the protective tissue and tags must be intact.

Please leave a note inside with your order number and details. Orders sent back without a note we can’t refund.
